Kayaks are perfect for exploring the countryside and our Highbridge venue in the heart of the Somerset has plenty for budding adventurers to discover! With a fleet of solo and tandem kayaks to choose from, you'll have chance to paddle along the River Brue to Glastonbury and there's really nowhere better to take to the water and put your paddle power to the ultimate test!

We have a great range of facilities including a small farm shop for snack and refreshments, plus the 'old barn' which can be used as games room or conference room. Why not also try another of our activities such as axe throwing, archery and air rifle shooting!? Our other facilities include:

Half Day Solo Kayak

Kayaking is a unique way to explore the countryside, and this exciting half-day experience gives you the perfect opportunity to take to the water and explore your surroundings. After being kitted up with a buoyancy aid, you'll practice your paddling skills and once you've mastered the basics it's time to explore the open water. So get ready to explore Somerset from the unique vantage point of a kayak. -A minimum of 2 adults must accompany any children under the age of 16 on the water. -It is essential that all those taking part are confident in the water and have an ability to swim if capsized - those who are unable to swim cannot take part in this activity. -Bookings are subject to weather conditions. If Wall Eden Adventure determines that the weather is unsuitable you will be offered to change the activity time, day or choice of activity (subject to availability). -At least 1 adult over 18 is required to go on the water with individuals aged between 16 and 17. -If you or anyone in your party has any health issues such as, but not limited to, asthma, diabetes or a heart condition you must ensure your instructor is made aware of such conditions to ascertain whether you should be taking part in this activity. -Anyone with a history of epilepsy or are currently pregnant should not take part in this activity. -Do not participate if you are intoxicated. Anyone found under the influence of alcohol or any other substances will not be permitted to participate. -Anyone under the age of 4 cannot participate in this activity. -Those aged 13 or over will be permitted to use the one-man sit-on kayaks and the two man sit-in canoes, those aged 4 to 13 will only be permitted to use a two man sit-in canoe or two man sit-on kayak when accompanied by a guardian of 18 or over.
